INL Scholarship Program: Application available for children of BEA employees
Through the INL Scholarship Program, children of INL (BEA) employees are eligible to apply for a limited number of one-time, nonrenewable scholarship awards. Awards are available for undergraduate study only.
Eligibility – To be eligible, applicants must be dependent children of full-time INL employees who have a minimum of one year of employment with the laboratory as of the application deadline date (full-time transitioned employees must have at least one year of combined service with INL and the previous incumbents – BBWI, CWI or ANL-W). A dependent child is defined as a natural or legally adopted child or stepchild living in the employee's household or primarily supported by the employee. A child of a deceased employee is eligible if the employee met the above criteria at the time of death, and death occurred within one year of the application deadline. Applicants must be 2013-2014 school year high school graduates who plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school.
Application process – All scholarship applications must be postmarked by April 3. Download the application here. Winners will be notified by May 22. Non-recipients also will be notified by May 22.
