30th Annual DOE/NNSA Analytical Managers Meeting

August 10-12, 2010
Idaho Falls, ID
Hilton Garden Inn

The Annual Department of Energy (DOE) Analytical Managers Meeting is being held in Idaho Falls, ID on August 10-12 this year. The meeting is hosted by the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) Nuclear Materials Characterization Department. The meeting is an opportunity for analytical laboratory managers to develop better management skills and practices and to improve analytical lab performance/customer satisfaction, as well as discuss common issues that affect quality, productivity, missions, staffing, and budgets.

The attendees will be able to broaden their expertise via informative presentations and discussions; sharing knowledge, expertise, and extending their network. During the first two days, you will network and exchange ideas with others in similar leadership roles, and acquire practical tools and techniques for implementation in your specific lab environment. On Wednesday afternoon, attendees will have the option of touring the Analytical Laboratory at Material and Fuels Complex.

For 30 years, the DOE Analytical Managers Meeting has served as a unique forum for the exchange of operational experiences among laboratory managers. Because of the nature of the information exchange, meeting attendance is limited to managers/lab leaders and is by invitation only. Information exchanged in this meeting is deemed “Official Use Only”.

Registration for the three day workshop will be $150.00. Visit the registration page.
