Selected Awards

The "Antibody Profiling Technology" led to an R&D 100 Award in 2008.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.

The “Antibody Profiling Technology” was selected as a winner of the 2008 Award for Excellence in Technology Transfer.  This award is presented annually by the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC), to recognize laboratory employees who have accomplished outstanding work in the process of transferring a technology developed by a federal laboratory to the commercial marketplace.

The “Xtreme Xylanase” discovery led to an R&D 100 Award in 2006.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.

The “Ultrastable Catalase Enzyme” discovery led to an R&D 100 Award in 2004.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.

The “Malt-Based Antimicrobial” technology led to and R&D 100 Award in 1998.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.

The “Biocube Aerobic Biofilter” technology led to an R&D 100 Award in 1993.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.

The “Biodegradation System for Toxic Organic Waste Processing” technology led to an R&D 100 Award in 1988.  This award is presented annually by R&D Magazine to the top 100 technologically significant new products of the year.
