NEW!! Lou Milam Next Step Award
The Lou Milam Next Step Award was established in 1992 , in memory of former employee Lou Milam. Lou’s husband designed the award to encourage women in nonexempt job functions to advance themselves through education, as this was Lou’s passion. The award is a one-time check of $1,500. The funds can be used to supplement expenses not covered by the laboratory’s Employee Education program. All female non-exempt employees of INL (Battelle Energy Alliance), the Idaho Cleanup Project (CWI), and the Idaho Treatment Group (ITG) are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have completed at least 15 credit hours of post-secondary education.
